Wes Rivers is a character in Barbie in Princess Power. He is played by Ken, and voiced by David Kaye.
Story[]
Super Sparkle saved Wes at a construction site. He was ecstatic to see the superheroine in action and tried to scoop a story about her. He visited Windemere's Royal Castle to interview the royal family on Princess Kara's birthday.
He later figured out Super Sparkle was really Princess Kara, and exposed her true identity on his blog What's Up Wes, something that upset her parents.
At the end of the movie, Wes was recruited to work at the gardening center. He tried to slack off and take selfies, but Princess Kara caught him and told him to keep working like everyone else. Wes asked if it was revenge for him blowing her cover and she admitted it was.
Physical Appearance[]
Wes has short blond hair, blue eyes and light skin. He wears a light blue shirt, a navy blue blazer, brown khaki pants and thick black-rimmed glasses.
Personality[]
Wes is a bit of a clutz, but eager and passionate. Despite this, his passion to scoop a story can lead to unprecedented results that could hurt others.
