Rebranding[]
Barbie was rebranded as a vlogger in 2015. Before that, she was an actress and played roles in movies released before Barbie & Her Sisters In The Great Puppy Adventure. After that, Barbie was shown in the movies as herself, with Barbie: Star Light Adventure being an Alternate Universe (AU).

Connected[]
I watch Barbie movies and series quite seriously, and I've found some connections that might link the movies and series together.
• Moving To Malibu: In The Great Puppy Adventure, the Roberts sisters got their puppies: Honey, Taffy, Rookie and DJ. In A Puppy Chase, Video Game Hero, Barbie Vlogs and Dreamhouse Adventures, we saw the puppies. So it makes sense that the sisters visited their hometown Willows, got the puppies, went on an adventure and then went back to Malibu. In the same movie, we learned that Chelsea was a baby when they moved to Malibu. In Dreamhouse Adventures' episode one (Welcome To The Dreamhouse!), we heard Barbie saying that she was eight years old when she moved to Malibu. As Barbie is shown to be seventeen and Chelsea is six, they have an eleven year age gap. So that means Chelsea wasn't even born when the Roberts moved to Malibu. It must be writing mistake.
• CGI models: In early Barbie Vlogs, the CGI models were similar to the ones used in The Great Puppy Adventure. In the later vlogs, the CGI models were changed to the ones used in Dreamhouse Adventures. In Video Game Hero, we could see that Barbie and Chelsea's CGI models were the same as in A Puppy Chase. Also, in Video Game Hero, Teresa and Renee still had the CGI models they had in Spy Squad.
• Gymnastics: As seen in Spy Squad, Barbie, Teresa and Renee are skilled gymnasts and spies. Chelsea is a gymnast too. In Dreamhouse Adventures, we saw Barbie and Teresa's gymnastic skills, and in Princess Adventure, we saw some of Renee's skills. Renee even pretended to be a spy and mentioned that she was feeling as if she was in a spy movie. In A Puppy Chase, we could see Chelsea's gymnastic moves during her dance performance.
