Plot[]
When a tornado appears, it whisks Chelsea and the puppies, Honey, DJ, Rookie and Taffy to the Land of Oz. Wanting to get home so badly, Chelsea and the puppies embark on a journey to the Emerald Palace, alongside with Scarecrow (Nikki), Tin Man (Renee), Cowardly Lion (Teresa), while they watch out for the Wicked Witch of the West.

Transcript[]
(The episode starts off with Chelsea and the puppies stepping outside.)
- Chelsea: "Uh puppies. Something tells me we're not at Malibu anymore."
(The screen pauses and Barbie was there.)
- Barbie: "Yeah! Weird world, huh. Yeah! Totally imaginable. When you look at something else, you notice that things aren't always what they seem. Like one time, this happened last week after huge wind blows things up."
(The screen then changes to the Dreamhouse where Barbie and her friends are hanging out together.)
- Barbie: "What a beautiful sunny day this is."
- Teresa: "It sure is windy today."
- Chelsea: "A little wind never hurt anyone."
- Nikki: "Yeah! Guys! I think Chelsea's right. Who doesn't like wind."
- Daisy: "I like the wind. The wind instruments that is."
- Renee: "What more could this day get."
(Suddenly, Ken, Margaret and George arrived with Skipper and Stacie.)
- Margaret: "Girls! We just heard from the weather company that a tornado is on our way."
- All: "A tornado?!"
- Barbie: (Voiceover)"Yeah! Tornados plan to ruin your day and they're really harsh."
- George: "C'mon Girls. We have to get inside before it gets here."
- Chelsea: "Wait a minute. I have to go find the puppies, they must be scared being out there all by themselves."
(Chelsea hurries downstairs and saw the pets playing around.)
- Chelsea: "Glad you guys are alright."
(Barbie went outside to see Chelsea when she suddenly sees the tornado already coming this way.)
- Barbie: "Chelsea! The tornado! It's coming this way."
- Chelsea: "Don't worry about us, Barbie. The puppies and I will be safe in my playhouse."
- Barbie: "Okay! Be careful."
(Barbie hurries back inside as Chelsea gets in her playhouse that was bigger in the inside. The tornado arrives and it carries the playhouse away.)
- Chelsea: "Hang on, puppies. I think we're in for a little ride."
(The tornado swirls around and then the playhouse lands with a thud.)
