Trey Reardon is a character in Barbie Dreamhouse Adventures. He is Barbie's neighbor and he lives with his parents Poppy and Whittaker Reardon. The Reardons live in Malibu, California, where Trey attends Golden Beach High.
Story[]
Pre-Dreamhouse Adventures[]
In "Life Can Be a Dream", it is mentioned that in the past, Trey has broken Barbie's bike, stolen a cake from her, and destroyed her organic herb garden by falling on it.
In "Trey Is for Horses", it is shown that Trey previously took part in a tennis tournament, but he lost because he got distracted taking selfies.
In "A Day at the Beach", Trey reveals he used to be a wilderness scout. He couldn't swim or build a raft, so he learned how to do "S.O.S." in Morse code.
Season 1[]
In "Welcome to the Dreamhouse!", the Roberts family move into their new Dreamhouse. George forgets to tell the Reardons that they were moving, so the Reardons have the Roberts' moving van towed. The Dreamhouse start malfunctioning, so Skipper suspects that the Reardons have hacked the house. Skipper and Barbie spy on Trey and his parents. After seeing Trey taking selfies and Poppy and Whittaker failing to use a nutcracker, Barbie and Skipper conclude that they're not smart enough to hack the Dreamhouse.
In "The Roof Fairy", Chelsea tells Barbie about the Roof Fairy. Barbie tries to bring the Roof Fairy to life for Chelsea, so Ken dresses up as the Roof Fairy and tries to go on the Dreamhouse roof. Trey and his parents see Ken in some bushes near the Dreamhouse, so they try to call the police. Trey recognizes Ken and laughs. Trey nudges Poppy, and then Trey, Poppy and Whittaker take photos of Ken.
Season 2[]
In "Life Can Be a Dream", Barbie is frustrated because she can't decide what career she wants in the future. She tries to meditate, but Trey, Ned and Ted are being too loud. They are trying to film a viral video of a water balloon fight while on a trampoline. They throw balloons into Barbie's backyard and ignore her request for them to quiet down, so she gives up on meditating. Barbie falls asleep in her backyard and dreams about her future. In the dream, Barbie is mayor of a town and Trey, Ned and Ted are villains. Trey, Ned and Ted try to destroy the town with a giant water balloon so they can film it and make the greatest viral video of all time. Barbie and her friends stop Trey, Ned and Ted, and Barbie wakes up and realizes that she doesn't have to know exactly what job she wants because there are so many options to explore.
In "Trey Is for Horses", Barbie and Stacie find out that the Reardons' horse, Duchess, is going to be sold. Barbie and Stacie give Duchess a makeover and teach her tricks. They hope that if Trey rides Duchess, then his parents will be impressed and won't want to sell her. Trey makes a deal with Barbie that he will learn to ride Duchess if Barbie is his tennis partner at a tournament. Trey wants to ride Misty, but his parents are uninterested. Barbie feels bad for Trey and Duchess and considers them to be friends she can help out. Barbie and Stacie teach Trey how to dance with Duchess, and he stands up to his parents and refuses to sell her. Barbie does the tennis tournament with Trey, and feels like she found the good in him.
In "Putts for Pups", Chelsea wants to teach puppies how to read, but she doesn't have money to buy them books. Chelsea decides to hold a mini golf charity event to get book donations to start the first ever puppy library. If Chelsea can complete the tournament in 18 strokes or less, everyone will donate books. They want to put the 9 holes in front of the 9 houses in the neighborhood, but the Reardons don't want to join in. Barbie tries to convince Trey to persuade his parents. Trey doesn't help even after Barbie gives him food and does some of his chores. Trey and his friends laugh at Chelsea and make her cry. Barbie inspires Chelsea to do the tournament, and Barbie comes up with an idea to help Chelsea complete her tournament without stepping on the Reardons' lawn. Trey's parents find out he skipped chores, so he has to mow the backyard.
In "A Day at the Beach", Daisy wants to sample tide pool sounds for a summer DJ mix. She goes to the beach with Barbie and Renee to record the sounds. Trey and his friends arrive and want Barbie and the others to leave the beach. Barbie and her friends challenge Trey's group to three games. The losing team has to leave the beach. While playing hover disc golf, Barbie and Trey get stranded on a rock. Daisy and Renee worry about Barbie and call Ken, who has access to a speedboat, to look for her. Barbie finds out Trey can't swim, but tells him she'll keep it a secret. She encourages Trey to have a better self-image. Barbie is nice to Trey even though he teases her and says they will never be friends, and she tells him that doesn't mean they have to be enemies. Barbie and Trey signal for help, so Ken finds them and brings them back to land. Daisy and Renee are glad to see Barbie, and Trey and his friends leave the beach. Trey smiles back at the beach as he leaves.
Season 3[]
In "Virtually Famous", Barbie makes a vlog with her friends and it goes viral. Teresa becomes obsessed with making more viral videos. Barbie finds it hard to be honest that she's not having fun chasing internet fame. Trey is jealous that Barbie has gone viral, and Ted says they could film their own viral video. Trey pretends it's his own idea. Ned films a squirrel stealing Trey's food and Trey failing to get it back. Trey, Ned and Ted copy Barbie and her friends' ideas. Trey gets annoyed that Ned and Ted like Barbie's videos, and he tells them to go away. Ned helps Barbie tells Barbie that he's finding it hard to talk to Trey. Ned says people do crazy things when they're scared to tell people how they really feel. Barbie tells Teresa the truth, and then films a lip dub video with everyone, including Trey. Later, Barbie reveals that the video Ned filmed of Trey and the squirrel was the most popular video of all.
In "All Dogs Go to the Beach", Trey takes photos of his parents at the beach so they can show off their luxurious lifestyle. Some dogs disturb them, so Poppy uses her connections to ban dogs from the beach. Barbie and Nikki are unhappy about the dog ban, so Nikki runs for office with Barbie as her campaign manager. Poppy becomes Nikki's opponent and Poppy wins by one point after Trey helps her to sabotage Nikki's campaign. However, Poppy is overheard insulting the voters. To avoid a recall election, Poppy pretends to love dogs and reverses the dog ban.
In "Totally Spying", the Reardons get the Roberts' mail, including a notice that says if they don't file the Dreamhouse blueprints by the next day, they could be forced to move. Poppy tells Trey to steal the blueprints so they can make the Roberts move far away. Skipper uses a drone to film Stacie skateboarding. When they are done, Trey pretends to get injured by Stacie's skateboard. Barbie and her family keep up with his demands while he tries to discreetly steal the blueprints. Skipper and Chelsea dislike taking care of Trey, but Barbie says he's fun once you get to know him. He overhears this and feels touched. The girls suspect Trey is lying about being injured, so Barbie has an idea to check the drone footage. They see that he is lying. Barbie has another idea to be so nice to him that he confesses. It works, and Trey also admits he liked spending time with the Roberts. He has Rookie secretly put the blueprints back, but on his way out, Trey really gets injured by Stacie's skateboard. Barbie and her sisters visit him in the hospital.
In "A Dog's Day in Court", Nikki is at the Dreamhouse getting help with her pet business. Some dogs run over to the Reardons and give Trey fleas. This inspires a plan by Poppy to make the Roberts move away. The Reardons release fleas in the neighborhood and cause a 3-mile wide flea infestation. While the houses are being fumigated, there is an official city order that there can be no animals on the premises. Poppy borrows Trey's phone and rents several animals and has them delivered to the Dreamhouse. An animal inspector checks the Dreamhouse, sees the animals, and says the Roberts have the right to appear before the city council and plead their case. Trey watches in court. Barbie finds a animal rental receipt and a witness (the person who delivered the animals) to prove that Poppy is to blame. Poppy resigns from the city council and the Roberts are saved from being evicted.

In "Magical Mermaid Mystery: Part 1", Barbie and her friends get summer jobs at a water park named Oceans Extreme, and Barbie's family goes on vacation to Costa Rica so George can film a whale documentary. While the Roberts are away and Barbie is busy working, Trey plans to have a party at the Dreamhouse. He spies on Barbie with his friends and they dig a hole from the Reardons' backyard to the Roberts'.

Physical Appearance[]
Trey is a teenage boy with brown hair, green eyes and light skin. He has a strong jaw and his hair is in a quiff hairstyle. He wears a pink polo shirt with a popped collar, brown shorts, and brown loafers. He has sunglasses tucked into his shirt and he wears a silver watch.
Personality[]
Trey loves taking selfies. He often finds it amusing seeing other people in embarrassing or unfortunate situations, such as when the Roberts' moving van was towed and when Ken dressed as the roof fairy. Trey is spoiled but emotionally neglected by his parents. He loves tech, and food such as cake and cookies. He can be very demanding and he takes advantage of people's kindness, but he does have a conscience and tries to right his wrongs sometimes.

- In "Putts for Pups", his full name is revealed (at 15:47 minutes in). It is spelt "Trevelian Finknoddle Reardon" in the Netflix subtitles. In "Totally Spying", his full name is used again (at around 8:33 minutes in), but the Netflix subtitles spell it as "Travellian Finknottle Reardon".
