The speedboat is a vehicle is Barbie: Dolphin Magic. It is magenta, blue and white, and it has a roof and a transparent floor for passengers to view the ocean through. There are colorful seats, and there is a separate green floating seat that is connected to the back of the boat.
Story[]
Barbie, Skipper, Stacie, Chelsea and the puppies visit Ken while he does a marine biology internship at Marlo's research facility. Barbie, Skipper and Ken use the speedboat to visit the reef. The puppies sit on the seat that trails behind the speedboat. Barbie, Skipper and Ken go free diving while the puppies wait on the speedboat. DJ sees different sea creatures through the transparent floor of the boat and he gets scared by a turtle, which amuses the other puppies. Barbie, Skipper and Ken catch a glimpse of a mermaid named Isla, so they get back on the speedboat and follow her to the research facility.
Isla hears the speedboat approaching and hides. She later meets Barbie and asks for her help freeing Emerald, a Gemstone Dolphin being kept in captivity by Marlo. Marlo also captures Emerald's family. Barbie comes up with a plan to save the dolphins that involves swimming to a cave with Stacie, so Ken takes a bodyboard out of the speedboat and gives it to Stacie. Isla and Barbie help the Gemstone Dolphins to escape, and then they get on the speedboat. Ken drives the speedboat and the Gemstone Dolphins swim alongside it. Marlo pursues them in a helicopter, but Ken out-maneuvers her in the speedboat. When the water gets shallow, Isla gets out of the speedboat and swims to safety with the Gemstone Dolphins.
