Skipper Roberts is a character in Barbie: A Camping We Will Go. She is voiced by Rachel Harrison.

Story

Skipper goes on a camping trip with her sisters Barbie, Stacie and Chelsea, and also Barbie's puppy Taffy. Barbie drives the camper to a forest. Skipper wants to relax, but Stacie wants to do activities and Chelsea wants lunch. They argue over what to do first until Barbie interrupts them. Barbie reassures her younger sisters that they will have time to do everything. Stacie and Chelsea assemble the tent while Skipper gets firewood for the campfire.

After the tent is put up, Barbie's sisters argue again. Stacie wants to play guitar, Chelsea wants lunch, and Stacie wants to go biking. Barbie makes them play rock paper scissors and Stacie wins, so they go biking. Taffy gets sprayed by a skunk. Skipper uses her phone to find out how to neutralize the skunk odor on Taffy. They clean Taffy, but before the girls can have dinner and sing songs around the campfire, it starts to rain. The girls go into the camper for shelter.

Skipper says she won't get to have her campfire. She argues with Stacie and Chelsea again, but Barbie stops them and they make s'mores together. After eating, Skipper wants to play guitar, but Stacie notices that Taffy is outside in the howling wind and rain. Skipper uses a fishing rod to save Taffy. Barbie apologizes to her sisters that their trip was ruined by the rain. Before she can pack up to go home, her sisters say they had a good time and Skipper admits she enjoyed fishing. Chelsea notices that the rain stopped, so the girls sleep outside under the stars.

Physical Appearance

Skipper has brunette hair, blue eyes and light skin. Her hair is long with bangs, and she has purple highlights. Skipper wears a purple t-shirt, a blue and black zebra print jacket, black pants, and black shoes. When Skipper goes cycling, she wears a light blue helmet.

Personality

Skipper is relaxed and she loves technology and music. She brings her cell phone and an acoustic guitar with her when she goes camping. She uses her cell phone to look up information. When she goes camping, Skipper looks forward to reading by a campfire. She often makes jokes and is laidback, but she gets defensive when the camping trip goes wrong because she feels like her younger sisters blame her for it. Skipper uses quick thinking and resourcefulness to figure out where to get firewood, how to get skunk spray off of Taffy, and she rescues Taffy and a skunk during a storm.
