Character

For other similarly named characters, see Isla.

Princess Isla is a character in Barbie in the 12 Dancing Princesses. She is voiced by Ashleigh Ball. She lives in the castle with her father, King Randolph, and her eleven sisters. One of her sisters is her twin sister, Hadley. Isla and her sisters are all different, but one thing they have in common is that they love to dance.

Physical Appearance

Isla has dark brown hair and dark blue eyes. She is identical to her twin though her twin sister has blonde hair and wears blue. She looks like her mother. Her favourite colour is light violet; her princess and ballet dresses, and her stilts are in this colour. In all cases, Isla has a high ponytail. Unlike her elder sisters, Isla has her special flower on her dress' belt.

Personality

Isla enjoys acrobatics and she and her twin are athletic. She and her twin are not in the film as much as their sisters, but they are portrayed as two sporty and happy girls, who like to walk on stilts. Isla and Hadley are twin sisters, so they have a special relationship--one so strong--they can read each other's thoughts. Between the two of them, Isla seems to be more passive and a bit calmer than her sister, because Isla always finishes sentences started by Hadley.
