Millicent, also known as Aunt Millie, is a character in Barbie: A Perfect Christmas. She is voiced by Patricia Drake. Millicent is a fashion designer who lives in Paris, France.
Story[]
Millicent plans on spending Christmas in New York with her nieces, Barbie, Skipper, Stacie and Chelsea. Millicent got a front row ticket for Barbie to see a Broadway show with her, so Barbie is very excited. All four sisters have different plans for what they will do in New York to make Christmas perfect. When the girls board a plane to New York, it has to land due to a snowstorm.
Millicent's nieces get stranded in Rochester, Minnesota. Barbie speaks to Millicent on the phone. Millicent says she misses the girls. Barbie informs Millicent that Skipper booked them on a morning flight, so she will call Millicent from the gate. However, more flights get cancelled because there is another snowstorm. Barbie tells her sisters they can go to New York next year, but they still feel disappointed, and Stacie points out that Millicent doesn't come from Paris every year. Skipper texts Millicent that they won't make it, and Barbie says to tell Millicent they will call her later.
The next day, on Christmas Eve, Millicent's nieces meet a band with no lead singer. The band agrees to let Skipper sing with them for a concert at an inn the girls are staying at in Rochester. Skipper wants to plan the concert by herself with no help from anyone, especially Barbie, who Skipper feels insecure compared to since she feels that Barbie is more independent than her.
While Barbie makes decorations for the concert, Barbie leaves a message for Millicent saying she wishes they could watch the Broadway show together, but at least she will get to see Skipper perform. She tells Millicent to watch the performance on Skipper's video blog. Skipper gets stressed making all the decisions for the concert preparation. Skipper thinks that Barbie is able to plan big events by herself, such as a fashion show that she did for Millicent, but Barbie tells Skipper that she always gets a lot of help for things like that.
Millicent manages to fly to Rochester and get to the barn where her nieces are having the concert. Stacie and Chelsea do a dog show and then Skipper performs with a band and her sisters. After the performances, Millicent greets her nieces and they all hug. Millicent tells her nieces that she only managed to get on a flight after promising everyone at the airline a custom outfit from her newest fashion line. She says she would do anything for her nieces and praises their performances. Everyone gathers around a Christmas tree and holds hands while singing a Christmas carol.
Physical Appearance[]
Millicent is an older woman with light blue eyes, white hair and light skin. She has her hair styled in a short voluminous bob with sideswept bangs. She wears dangly earrings, a long white coat with black boots.
Personality[]
Millicent has a bubbly personality and she is very generous and loving. She has a habit of sprinkling French into her speech, since she lives in Paris.
