Millicent has light skin, blue eyes, and short white hair. She wears a blue jacket, a sliver necklance with light rope on her neck, a dark black jeans with blue lights on her legs, a dark black belt, and rollerskates.

Millicent is a spirited and inspiring woman. She is very energetic, fun, and friendly. Barbie finds her very inspiring.
