Marco is a character in Barbie & Her Sisters in A Puppy Chase. He is voiced by Alex Barima. Marco is a horse and dog trainer who works with his sister Vivian. They train three horses named Silver, Spirit and Beauty, and a dog named Archibald.
Story[]
Marco and Vivian's horses take part in a Dancing Horse Festival on an island. Barbie and her sisters Skipper, Stacie and Chelsea fly to the island so that Chelsea can compete in a dance competition, but first they attend the Dancing Horse Festival. They bring their puppies with them, and the puppies go into Marco and Vivian's horse trailer.
Marco and Spirit perform a difficult routine, and Barbie compliments Vivian on the show and asks if Vivian and Marco train the horses on the island year round. Vivian says yes, and that she and Marco also used to train cats, but now they just Silver, Spirit, Beauty and Archibald. Chelsea asks Marco for advice on performing, and Stacie asks him if he recommends any fun beaches. Marco mentions White Sands Campground, and says it was nice to meet them.
Marco and Vivian leave, not knowing that the puppies are still in their horse trailer. When Stacie tells Barbie that Marco and Vivian are going to White Sands Campground, Barbie plans to hike there the next day with her sisters. Vivian and Marco camp at the beach. The following day, Vivian is surprised to see the puppies in the trailer, but Marco says they will take care of the puppies until they get back them back to the girls.
Marco and Vivian give the animals breakfast. While the animals run and play, Marco rides Silver. Later, Barbie and her sisters find them and the puppies. Marco tells Barbie that it was a pleasure taking care of the puppies. Barbie says they have no way to get to Chelsea's dance competition, but Vivian says she and Marco will give them a ride there. When they come to a washed out road, the horses get Marco's attention, and he says the girls can use the horses to get across the road.
Chelsea thanks Marco by hugging him, and he tells her to have fun. Marco and Vivian wait until the girls are safely across, and then get back in the car and drive to the competition using a different route. Marco, Vivian and Archibald meet the girls and horses at the competition. Chelsea wins the competition, and Marco cheers for her. She thanks him and everyone else that helped her. Archibald turns Chelsea's performance music back on, and Marco dances with everyone.

Marco is a man with brown skin, brown eyes and short brown hair. He wears a blue Hawaiian shirt with riding pants that are light beige and brown. He wears a belt and brown riding boots.
Personality[]
Marco is a kind man who trains and takes care of animals. He finds the puppies endearing, and enjoys taking care of them. Marco gives Chelsea and Stacie advice, and helps the sisters to get to Chelsea's dance competition. He is happy for Chelsea when she wins.
