The lipstick fish is a character in Oceana in Barbie in A Mermaid Tale. She is voiced by Ellen Kennedy.
Story[]
The fish is seen in Seaphora (a pun of Sephora, a brand and chain of cosmetics stores) putting red lipstick on her large lips. When the Eris Festival occurred, the fish was too distracted with her lipstick to applaud Eris, and was sucked into a whirlpool as punishment. She was freed once Eris was deposed.

In Barbie in A Mermaid Tale 2, a Stargazer was changed into a fish resembling her when hit by a worst nightmare spell.
