Kayla is a supporting character in Barbie in A Mermaid Tale. She is voiced by Emma Pierson.
Story[]
Kayla is a mermaid who lives in Oceana. She and her best friend Xylie own a fashion boutique, where they gave Merliah a makeover. They give Merliah a fake mermaid tail and become friends with her.
Physical Appearance[]
Kayla has narrow, almond-shaped blue eyes, blue streaks on honey blonde hair, and a bright blue tail with a purple necklace. Later, Queen Calissa makes her and Xylie members of the royal court. She wears a blue shell necklace with a blue medallion.
Trivia[]
- Like Xylie, she speaks with a British accent.
- Most of the background mermaids are recolored clones of her and Xylie.
- Some of them don't have the necklace, just a strapless mermaid tail.
