Jenna enjoys dancing and tries to help Alexa with dance steps, and even offers to waltz instead of Alexa at the royal ball. However, Alexa's mother wanted to continue the tradition of the princess waltzing. Jenna enjoys dressing up.

Jenna has short brown hair, brown eyes, and brown skin. She wears her hair in a bob hairstyle. She is first seen wearing a blue dress with a yellow band around the waist and yellow shoes. She is then seen wearing a floor-length blue gown and necklace. She later wears a blue dress with glittery yellow flat shoes. The dress has layers.
