Jackson, also known as Jacks, is a character in Barbie: It Takes Two. Jackson and his twin Jayla are Brooklyn's neighbors.
Story[]
Pre-It Takes Two[]
Jackson lives in Brooklyn, New York with her twin Jayla and their adoptive fathers. They call their fathers "Dad" and "Papa". The twins' godparents are their neighbors, Simone and Kelvin. Simone and Kelvin have a daughter named Barbie. In Barbie: Big City, Big Dreams, Barbie does a summer program at Handler Arts Academy. Barbie meets another girl with the same name as her, so they nickname each other based on where they're from: Barbie is nicknamed Brooklyn, and the other Barbie is nicknamed Malibu.
It Takes Two[]
In "It Takes Two", Malibu wants to stay in New York with Brooklyn so they can keep going to Handler and have a music career together, but their parents disapprove. They have dinner at Brooklyn's house, so Jackson and Jayla join them instead of watching a boring movie with their fathers. The next day, before Malibu's parents can take her home, Jackson helps to stall them so Malibu and Brooklyn can write and rehearse sing a song about their friendship. Jackson helps them to perform. Malibu and Brooklyn's parents give the girls a standing ovation after and agree to let the Malibu and Brooklyn go to Handler for the fall semester, with the girls staying at Brooklyn's house instead of the dorms.
In "For the Record", Kel is going to an autograph signing with Jayla and Jackson and their dads. The autograph signing is for Kel's favorite singer, Ricky Bricks. Malibu and Brooklyn accidentally break the vinyl record he wanted signed. Jayla and Jackson distract Kel and their dads while Malibu and Brooklyn trade records with people to get another copy of Kel's record. The final trade happens to be with Ricky himself. Brooklyn says her father is a fan, so Ricky gives them VIP passes so that Kel can go to the front of the queue and have a private meet and greet. He goes to the meet and greet with Jayla and Jackson and their dads.
In "Costumed Capers", it is Kel and Simone's anniversary so he wants to make mango sticky rice for her. He asks Malibu and Brooklyn to be taste testers. Brooklyn says that the last time he used taste testers, he asked Jayla and Jackson to try some meatballs. It ruined meatballs for them since Kel isn't a great cook.
In "Game On!", Malibu and Brooklyn compete in a farm-based game show. During a personality test before the show, a question about breakfast makes Brooklyn think about how Jackson eats a lot. Jackson and Jayla watch the girls compete in three challenges. The final challenge involves eggs, which Jackson and Jayla play with after the show. Simone scolds them.
In "Race to the Finish", Jayla, Jackson and their dads help Malibu and Brooklyn to find Otto Phoenix so they can give him their demo. Otto ends up at Brooklyn Bridge Park, where The Barbies perform for him. Jayla watches them perform and is happy for them when Otto says he will listen to their demo and be in contact. Rafa says people were willing to help Malibu and Brooklyn because of how helpful Malibu and Brooklyn were during the year.
