For the Barbie & The Diamond Castle character, see Glimmer (The Diamond Castle).

Glimmer (sometimes written "Glim'r") is a supporting character in Barbie: A Fashion Fairytale. She is voiced by Andrea Libman. Glimmer is one of the three stylish and enchanting flairies. Her original power was to add glimmer to fashions. She was once the weakest flairy but she is now the most powerful, because she can now transform outfits as well as objects.

Physical Appearance

She has peach skin and pink hair styled in two ringlets with silver highlights. She wears a red, pink, and silver strapless dress and silver strappy wedge sandals. She also wears silver earrings and a silver pearl necklace. Her strapless dress has silver tops. It has a dark red belt and two layers of long skirt: The first one is slightly shorter and lighter and the second one is longer and darker than the first layer.

Glimmer is very curious and appears to be shy most of the time. At first, she was the weakest among the Flaries because only hints of magic came out. But at the end of the film, she finally used her powers to her fullest potential. She transforms Barbie's plain pink dress into a bigger, sparkling magenta gown, and later she transforms limousines into carriages with horses. Glimmer has since become more confident with her abilities.
