Gardania's magical crown is a legendary magical tiara in Barbie: Princess Charm School. The crown glows when placed on the true heir of Gardania. It has been worn by Queen Isabella and Princess Sophia. Dame Devin tried to crown her daughter Delancy Devin with the crown, but it would not have glowed if it was placed on top of Delancy's head, because she isn't the true heir.
Appearance[]
The crown is adorned with a big, fuchsia pink heart-shaped diamond in the center with a tiny, violet oval-shaped gem on top of it. There is one fuchsia pink oval-shaped diamond, one violet rhombus-shaped diamond and one tiny fuchsia pink circular diamond on each side. The crown itself is wrapped around by pure gold in wavy patterns, on the front side are encrusted small white diamonds and the backside is flat. The big heart jewel in the center of the crown lights up and glows when it is placed on the head of its rightful owner.
History[]
The crown was first mentioned by Hadley and Isla to Blair when in the Princess Charm School spa, just before discovering that Wickellia destroyed their uniforms.
Later on when Blair, Hadley and Isla were banned from the graduation ceremony after being framed of stealing the royal jewels, Delancy appears before them and tells them she overheard them talking about Blair's true identity as the lost princess of Gardania, who might be the only one of the royal family who didn't die in the car crash. Knowing Blair could be the true ruler of the kingdom, she gives them a map to the royal vault where the crown is kept. The trio sneak into the castle and discover the crown, but it is brought out of the vault and they are eventually trapped inside.
Soon after the graduation ceremony was on; when it was time for Delancy to be crowned the ruler, she repeatedly distracts the ceremony with various rules from the kingdom rulebook, in order to give Blair, Hadley and Isla more time to escape the vault and get back to the ceremony in time. When Dame Devin couldn't take any more of the distractions, she urges the ceremony to go on; just before the crown was placed on Delancy's head, Blair arrives and stops the ceremony declaring that is her crown because she is Princess Sophia. A long battle in the throne room then ensues, and Delancy is soon faced with a decision over who she should give the crown to: Either Dame Devin or Blair. She chooses Blair over her mother and crowns her with it, causing the crown to glow because it recognized Blair as its rightful owner, and her clothes and hair transform to look like a true princess, confirming she is indeed Princess Sophia. Dame Devin is then revealed to be the one responsible for the royal family's deaths and arrested, and Delancy is made Sophia's Lady Royal as thanks for all her help.
