The Enchanted Forest is a location in Barbie of Swan Lake.
It's entrance is located in the human world behind a secret rock portal that lies behind a large waterfall. It is the kingdom of the Fairy Queen and the home of Lila the Unicorn, the elves and Erasmus the Troll. It was once home to the evil sorcerer Rothbart, but he left in a rage when he was not chosen as an heir to the throne.
This mystical land was saved by Odette and was restored once to its former peace after the power of True Love triggered by her and Prince Daniel's connection swallows Rothbart to his downfall in a bright pink light as the Magic Crystal reverts all of his darkness plaguing the inhabitants of the Enchanted Forest (the elves), a cursed Fairy Queen turned-into a mouse and destroys his cursed home and gloomy surroundings.

- Despite being home to many elves, creatures and enchanters, there are no houses seen, with the exception of the library.
