Dr. Tang is a character in Barbie: Mermaid Power. She is voiced by Vivian Lu.
History[]
Marlo has gathered Tang and other scientists to a conference hall where she gave a speech about the existence of mermaids and requesting to be funded to research the matter further. Unfortunately, everyone dismisses her, Dr. Tang included. She tells her to find the proof or they'll revoke her license. Marlo is frustrated by her lack of progress and decides to go find them herself.
