Delphine, also known as Shellie, is a character in Barbie Fairytopia Mermaidia. She is voiced by Nicole Oliver.
Story[]
Shellie is known to transport both fairies and mermaids trough the surface of Mermaidia. She is quite fond of puffballs, like Bibble himself. But once one knows her betters, she is in fact Delphine, the Oracle who can answer anything a fairy or mermaid can get in his or her mind. She can also leads them to the Mirror of the Mist and, with the help of her little mermaid friend, can give a pearl necklace which can turn a fairy into a merperson so as long he or she wears and wishes it. This transfiguration spell only lasts when the necklace is totally dark blue. Once the pearls return to be white, the fairy-turned-mermaid must be out of water or otherwise the change will be permanent.
In the sequel, Delphine is visited by flower fairy Elina, her pet puffball Bibble and mermaid Nori in an attempt to discover kidnapped Prince Nalu's whereabouts.
