The crab is a minor character in Barbie: Dolphin Magic. It is seen around the Island and frequently steals objects.
Story
When Barbie and her sisters get to their cabin at the resort, Stacie uses binoculars to look around. She sees the crab go up to a couple on the beach. The crab steals the couple's coconut shell drink to use as a shell. Stacie later sees the crab steal someone's headphones. At the resort's sandwich bar, Ken drops a shell on the floor. He tries to pick it up, but the crab steals it.
