Charlotte is a character in Barbie: The Princess & The Popstar. She is voiced by Aislyn Watson.

Story

Charlotte is a poor citizen of Meribella, and she has a friend named Emily. Charlotte and Emily are both fans of Keira, but their fathers cannot afford concert tickets for them. This inspires Victoria to have a free concert.

Physical Appearance

Charlotte has brown hair, pale skin, and green eyes. She wears a white T-shirt with pink stripes and cropped pink pants with blue flowers down one side. She also wears purple shoes and purple hair bands, with her hair styled in pigtails.

Personality

Charlotte is playful and reasonable. She and Emily are just like sisters.
