Barbie & Her Sisters: Puppy Rescue is a video game inspired by Barbie & Her Sisters in The Great Puppy Adventure. The game was announced on June 9, 2015, and it was published by Little Orbit.

"Players will join Barbie and her sisters as they work together to rescue and train lost puppies in beautiful 3D. Set in Barbie's hometown Willows, Wisconsin, and inspired by the upcoming DVD Barbie and her Sisters in the Great Puppy Adventure, players will join Barbie and her sisters –Skipper, Stacie and Chelsea– as they solve clues to find and rescue lost puppies in need. Each sister will bring her own unique set of skills and activities to the game. Players can groom puppies at Chelsea’s Pup Care, or teach them new games at the Pup Camp with Stacie, resulting in a game filled with opportunities where girls can rescue, nurture, groom and ultimately have fun with the playful puppies!"

- The game is available on the Xbox 360, the PlayStation 3, the Wii, the Wii U, and the Nintendo 3DS.
- The game was displayed at the Electronic Entertainment Expo 2015 (commonly known as E3 2015) in Little Orbit's meeting room.
- A Barbie Pup Contest was created for residents of the United States who are aged 18 or older to submit a photo of their puppy. The winning puppy was chosen to be rescued by Barbie in the game and will be featured on the Barbie & Her Sisters: Puppy Rescue website. The runner up photo entries also appear in the game and in the gallery on the website.
