Albain is a character in Barbie & Her Sisters in A Pony Tale. He is voiced by Gabe Khouth. Albain is a student at Ecole Montagne and he is friends with Jonas and Theo.
Story[]
Barbie, Skipper, Stacie and Chelsea Roberts visit their aunt Marlene and cousins Marie and Max at Alpine Riding Academy. Ecole Montagne is nearby. Albain, Jonas and Theo visit Alpine. Skipper tries to film Stacie getting on a horse for the first time, but Stacie falls off. Albain and his friends see Stacie fall and laugh at her.
Albain mocks Stacie with his friends. Skipper uses her tablet to put a picture of Jonas' face on the body of a monkey. Albain and Theo laugh and then leave with Jonas. Max says the boys were antagonising them because of the upcoming Inter-Academy Equestrian Tournament. Marie says Alpine usually loses to Ecole Montagne.
During the tournament, Albain and his friends are taken aback by Skipper's dressage performance. Skipper beats Jonas, so Albain and Theo boo her. Jonas has gained respect for Skipper, so he elbows Albain. Ecole Montagne's riding master, Philippe Cheynet, is angry with Albain and Theo for losing their competitions in the tournament.
When the Inter-Academy Formal Dance takes place, Albain and his friends are awe-struck when they see Skipper and her family walk in. Albain drops his glass in shock. Alpine Academy's riding master, Etienne Cheynet, corrects Albain's posture when he sees Albain dancing with a girl. Philippe tries to sabotage Alpine by unlocking a horse corral outside the dance. The horses escape, so Jonas offers to help Barbie and Skipper track them down. Albain and Theo let Barbie and Skipper use their horses. The horses are found and brought back to Alpine, and the next day, Ecole Montagne loses the tournament to Alpine Academy.
Physical Appearance[]
Albain is a young boy with light blond hair, blue eyes and light skin. His Ecole Montagne uniform is a white shirt, tie and pocket square, navy blazer, beige pants and black riding boots. The tie and pocket square are red with diagonal blue stripes. The blazer is double-breasted and has the Ecole Montagne crest on the breast pocket. At the formal dance, he wears a white shirt, tie, dark suit and shoes. The suit jacket is double breasted and his tie is yellow and brown.
Personality[]
Albain is confident, and mean-spirited at times. He finds it amusing when people get humiliated, including his own friend Jonas, and he boos Skipper after she wins at the tournament. Albain is surprised by Skipper's horse-riding skills and her appearance at the dance. Albain and Theo helpfully allow Barbie and Skipper to use their horses to track down the Alpine horses when they escape.
