In the first episode of ITT when Barbie announces to her family that she is staying in New York. At first, her sisters are very dissatisfied. This shows how close they are to each other. I love their relationship. For me they are the perfect siblings. Barbie is a great big sister. No wonder her sisters were unhappy that they would be separated by an entire continent. What do you think about their relationship?

One thing I'm curious about is about the recasting of Chelsea and Trey in Barbie: It Takes Two. More specifically, why the casting didn't carry over outside the series.
The second half of Barbie: It Takes Two would see Chelsea be voiced by Anna McGill, replacing Cassidy Naber. This at least makes sense since Cassidy was going through puberty and was dealing with stuff like school. However, literally everything else after the first half of Barbie: It Takes Two (excluding Barbie: Road Trip, when Cassidy returned to the role), Natalie Lashkari would take over the role. At first, I thought this would be the case for only Ann Austen's Barbie projects, but even for My First Barbie: Happy Dream Day, which she didn't work on, she still voiced her. Was Anna meant to be the real successor until Natalie proved to be better? To be fair, I like Natalie's performance more, and think she's a good successor.
Trey is interesting. For his one appearance on the series, he would be voiced by the late Billy Kametz rather than Eamon Brennan. At first, I thought he would be the official voice going forward, much like how Tatiana Varria and Nicolas Roye took over as Brooklyn Barbie and Rafa starting here. However, Barbie: A Touch Of Magic sees Eamon Brennan return to the rule. It does make me wonder why he was recast in the first place. Was he unavailable? Was Billy seen as the better voice? We'll never know, especially since Billy died in June 2022.

After seeing 4 possible endings in epic road trip, it felt so hard for me to decide which one is best suit for continuation so I’m worried this might be the end of dreamhouse adventure era after 5 years and soon 2023 will be the beginning of a new era. What do you think will happen in 2023?
BEWARE RANT AHEAD...
At first Brooklyn was great, it was a nice change of pace but it quickly got old. Barbie doesn’t even speak to her old friends anymore, not even Trey or the dudes and barely her family. I hate how NYC is portrayed, it’s insanely boring and I miss her life in Malibu. Even when she went camping with her family, Ken and Daisy, all she thought about was Brooklyn and their dream. She simply has no time for anyone else. Barbie also acts differently, like more obsessive with Brooklyn... I am praying in the new movie that Brooklyn and her decide to part ways. I would be alright with some Brooklyn, but not the constant neglect of every other character. Don’t get me started on how annoying Rafa is... This is more aimed at the writers.
I also miss the 3 minute long vlogs! They were so interesting and had a point to them, they were at their best right before they ended... now it’s 30 seconds that ends abruptly? Like the recent movies have...
Sorry for the rant, I just miss Barbie greeting us at her computer... I miss her old friends, her life in Malibu...

Final scene of Barbie it takes two finale episode will surprise I believe
I’m really worried about what happens in the final episode. Are Malibu and Brooklyn gonna go their separate ways? Are they gonna quit becoming superstars. Who knows what’s gonna happens to this dynamic duo? Although it’s good that Brooklyn will appear in mermaid power and epic road trip but still.
I watched the first few episodes like two or three days ago (I don't remember :P) and here are my thoughts on it:
The series is 26 episodes long. TWENTY SIX. Isn't that a little too long for a track like this? It could've been wrapped up in 12 episodes as well, but now they're just unnecessarily dragging it.
Malibu was acting completely obsessed with Brooklyn. Like, you know "oh we both have the same names and get along really well and I wanna stay with her and start a music group nothing else!" I have never seen her act like that with anyone else. Not to mention their friendship was rushed. Like bffs in day? That's kinda unrealistic. For comparison, Isla and Malibu's friendship was written better than Brooklyn and Malibu's. How? Isla and Malibu knew each other for just 3 days, but Malibu had to gain her trust and she helped Isla get back the gemstone dolphins and even saved her from Marlo. So obviously they'd be good friends. Then we have Amelia and Malibu who looked alike. Amelia wanted to stay away from the cameras and live like any normal girl would. Malibu helped her dream come true, and she saved her from Johan with her friends. So they'd be good friends too.
She left highschool. SHE LEFT HIGHSCHOOL. That kinda annoys me (just Asian nature, don't mind me please). Both Malibu and Brooklyn should've completed school first in my opinion, but it's their choice so I can't say anything else.
George and Margaret clearly didn't want Malibu to drop out of Golden Beach High. They weren't against her in Handler either. Malibu should've respected her parents' decision instead of going against it and trying to convince them into something they didn't want. (If I did that I would've gotten a flying sandal right on my face lol.)
I love Brooklyn, but 3 movies and a 26-episode long series with Brooklyn? Isn't that a little too much? She's being overhyped by Mattel. We didn't get to see Isla and Queen Amelia that much, like at least make a cameo appearance, like Isla in Mermaid Power and Queen Amelia at the end of It Takes Two maybe?
Now a different point: what about her friends in California? Malibu seems to have totally forgotten about them. It's always Ken who calls her first. Teresa, Daisy, Nikki and Renée would probably be sad because how little Barbie talks to them. Taffy? Malibu forgot about her probably. Skipper is gonna be overburdened. Trey is gonna go back to his bratty self. Chelsea would have no one to comfort her. Malibu just seems obsessed with her Spotlight Solo and selfish at this point.
They forgot about Trey and Tammy, I want more of themmmmm
Jeez this is turning into a rant, so let's just talk about what I liked:
• The soundtrack, but I didn't like the theme song at all. My favorite song so far is Find My Way Home.
• Ken's hairstyle. He looks so much better I swear!!
• Jackson and Jayla having two dads! LGBTQ representation!
And now what I disliked:
• Rafa and Brooklyn's voice. Dissatisfied.
• Malibu.
