I definitely prefer Dreamhouse from the BDA series. The house is modern and cozy at the same time. In BLITD Dreamhouse looks like a palace and I don't like palaces.

@SunnyMalibu Lets also consider that its less of california, and both are originally in California. Like the BDA one looks alot like something you'd see in Los Angeles County, more than the one in LITD.
