I know like the only thing I talk about is princess adventure here (Im sorry if it gets annoying) but when I've seen it, I noticed very interesting plot details in it. It has its problems but it was still a fun ride, so when I rewatched it, I noticed some things that are interesting, those things being:
"Life doesn't happen on camera, Life is what happens when the camera's are off":
This highlights a modern detail in our everyday lives and uses it for its moral. The princess of the movie, Amelia, is portrayed as this princess with perfect girl, everything a girl could want, but that was because on social media she was seen like that, in reality, she was just playing a role for the camera instead of being herself, hiding what was the real her. I think this is interesting because we always see these social media influencers going to places, assuming they have the best life, when in reality that isn't how their lives truly are. What was shown on Camera was far from what Amelias life was truly like.
Johans Plan & How It Was Relevant to the plot:
Johans plan was simple: Kidnap Amelia so she misses the coronation, where her & johans country is uniting, therefore if shes gone, Johan will receive the crown instead. For a movie that is about being yourself, this seems like the last thing you'd find, well ironically enough it was relevant and not thrown in randomly. For instance, Amelia & Barbie switch places to give Amelia 1 week of freedom, and let amelia learn to be herself right? Johan took advantage of the fact that they swapped places, because Amelia was left vulnerable. She had no royal guards on her side to protect her, she was just seen as a normal teenager girl, an easier target than that of a princess. Johans plan consisted of having his own men go undercover as Palace Workers to stalk out when Amelia is vulnerable and they can initiate their plans. THey also took out potential witnesses like Alfonso, Barbie, Trey, ect. What would've made it fun if Johan attempted to either destroy the crown or take Amelia down to add some more suspence, for example Johan is confronted by Amelia & Barbie, he then says "If I can't get the crown, neither will she" and does soemthing, it would be more interesting not gonna lie.
