Welcome, Winter! I'm Olivia. I think Princess Charm School is one of the best Barbie movies. It did a good job at combining modern elements with fantasy elements.

To me, the most underrated is probably

• The Barbie Diaries - I don't see anyone talk about this film even though it has a great soundtrack and cute story. I get it though cause the movie does have a generic plot. Mattel probably just made this cause high school movies were popular at the time.

• Barbie Fairytopia trilogy - This trilogy has a lot of world-building and nice character designs, and the movies had great messages of encouraging individuality, belief in yourself, and also the power of unity. But people only really pay attention to the Mariposa movies.

• Fairy Secret - Funny movie but wasn't appreciated when it came out cause people didn't like the character designs, modern elements, or the recasting of Kelly Sheridan. It was too different from the movies that had come out just a 2-3 years earlier. They found the right balance of modern/fantasy with Princess Charm School.

• Star Light Adventure - This movie had SO much potential for sequels, it could've been a series like Fairytopia was imo, but by this point Mattel wanted Barbie to be a regular vlogger, so I guess a series of movies or her being a starlight princess was out of the question.

I've mainly been introduced to Barbie through the recent movies and shows (as in, within the past 5 years), but I'd say Barbie: Spy Squad is underrated. It's a fun little action comedy that's not too serious, but shows enough stakes to make it interesting.
