When Rowena uses the magic flower to make the suits of armor attack Genevieve, she leaves the king’s bedroom and locks the door. Then she just wishes for all of the princesses to be banished from the kingdom.
Rowena poisons everyone. Not just the king.
Crystal gives Zane the love potion instead.
If Dame Devin hired someone to make sure you can’t just enter your name in the Princess Charm School lottery about 2,000 times.

This is long and has spoiler and characters sometimes being out of character.
Nutcracker - Instead of Nutcracker stopping the Mouse King from shrinking Clara again, the Mouse King shrinks Nutcracker and Pimm steals Clara's necklace and opens it so she goes home without being able to save Parthenia.
Rapunzel - Gothel uses a spell to defeat King Wilhelm and then forces Rapunzel to go back to the tower before Rapunzel can be reunited with her parents. She takes Rapunzel's paintbrush.
Swan Lake - Rothbart destroys the crystal, so Odette and the inhabitants of the Enchanted Forest are cursed to turn into animals during the day for the rest of their lives.
Princess and the Pauper - Nick and Nack catch Anneliese and stop her from interrupting Genevieve and Preminger's wedding. They get married and Preminger rules the kingdom and locks Genevieve and Anneliese in the dungeon. Erika is a singer for the rest of her life until she retires in old age and she doesn't marry Dominick.
Fairytopia - Azura doesn't say anything to stop Elina from putting her necklace on her, so Laverna gets the guardians powers and then doesn't give Elina wings.
Magic of Pegasus - Annika doesn't save her kingdom in time and everyone is turned to stone forever.
The Barbie Diaries - Barbie's performance at the Fall Formal goes badly (Barbie forgets the words and Courtney messes up her drumstick trick), Todd and Raquelle get back together, Barbie doesn't figure out Kevin likes her, and she doesn't find her bracelet.
Mermaidia - Elina doesn't eat the immunity berry so she doesn't get her wings back.
Magic of the Rainbow - Laverna finally defeats everyone and rules Fairytopia.
Island Princess - Rosella doesn't make an antidote to the sunset herb and Antonio marries Luciana. Rosella gets put in prison.
Mariposa - Mariposa doesn't give the queen an antidote and Henna takes over.
Diamond Castle - The instruments get broken and Lydia turns Liana and Alexa to stone before they can save the muses.
Christmas Carol - We already know what the official worst ending could've been: Eden fires Catherine on Christmas Day and they stop being friends, Catherine has to leave town to earn money, she comes back and finds out the orphanage closed before she could adopt Tammy, and then Catherine becomes cold and selfish like Eden.
Thumbelina - Myron destroys the Twillerbee's home.
Three Musketeers - Philippe succeeds in his plan of defeating Louis and then ruling France.
Mermaid Tale - Merliah listens to the dreamfish and goes home to Malibu before she can save her mother. She feels guilty but Zuma feels betrayed and doesn't come to visit Merliah again, so Merliah doesn't know how to get back to Oceana.
Fashion Fairytale - Barbie and Marie-Alecia don't discover the Flairies and Millicent closes down her fashion house, Jacqueline finds another designer to copy that gets her even more attention, and Ken doesn't find Barbie in Paris. Barbie spends the rest of summer vacation with her aunt, trying to have fun but sad that Millicent gave up her passion. By the time Ken explains what happened, she is over it and feels like she doesn't need him. Marie-Alecia struggles to find somewhere else to work due to her lack of confidence, and Barbie struggles to get roles due to people online saying she is a diva and Todd slandering her to the news.
Perfect Christmas - The girls spend so long trying to find Chelsea that they miss the concert.
Mermaid Tale 2 - Eris uses her powers to give Merliah and Kylie their worst nightmares and they don't defeat her because they lose their confidence and balance that they need to excel at surfing. Calissa stays at the bottom of the ocean and Eris remains the ruler of Oceana.
Princess & the Popstar - Crider steals the Diamond Gardania and the kingdom loses its power.
Pink Shoes - Kristyn takes Natasha's criticism to heart and loses her passion for dancing to her heart's content, so she can't break away from the Snow Queen's control. She is forced to dance forever so that she can't change any more stories.
Mariposa 2 - Mariposa goes home but doesn't see the Gwyllion. The Gwyllion steals the Heartstone, so the kingdom turns to stone.
Pony Tale - Barbie doesn't discover the Majestiques, the Cheynets win their races, and Aunt Marlene sells the horse riding school.
Pearl Princess - Caligo convinces Scylla to poison the king, he gets "revenge" on her, and Fergis becomes the heir. Lumina doesn't reunite with her parents.
Secret Door - Malucia's scepter is big enough to steal Alexa's magic along with the magic of everyone else in Zinnia. Her parents come home and think they can have more control over Zinnia if they are the only ones with magic, so they don't make Malucia return it.
Princess Power - Windemere gets destroyed by lava.
Rock 'n Royals - The camps close down and everybody that met and became friends is too busy with their royal lives/music careers to see each other again.
Great Puppy Adventure - Joe and Marty find the treasure and leave Willows with it. The town continues to struggle and Christie has to move away because her family can't afford to live there.
Spy Squad - Dunbar and Patricia collect all the gemstones and use them for the EMP weapon. They destroy I3's main server.
Star Light Adventure - The team fails to reset the stars and the galaxy loses its light.
Puppy Chase - Chelsea isn't allowed to compete in the competition, or she competes but no one helps her during the performance. She feels so humiliated that she doesn't do any more competitions.
Video Game Hero - Barbie doesn't go to the game world and the virus affects her games so badly that she says she will have to get it repaired by a professional. She is so busy with school, family, friends and vlogging that she doesn't get around to getting it fixed, she just uses her computer and phone for gaming instead. The virus overruns the games on her tablet.
Dolphin Magic - Isla doesn't figure out how to rescue the dolphins, and she gets trapped in the marine facility with them. Marlo sells the dolphins and the mermaid for a huge profit and they are kept in captivity.
Princess Adventure - Amelia doesn't get to her coronation in time, so Johan becomes ruler of Johanistan and Floravia.
The Lost Birthday - Chelsea misses her birthday and instead of being inspired to go on an imaginative adventure, she feels completely pessimistic after being made to feel like a nuisance the day before just because she is young. She just wants to stay in her room for the duration of the cruise and nobody is able to cheer her up.

I just thought of a bad ending for Big City Big Dreams (spoilers in grey!)
Rafa doesn't film the class where Malibu accidentally pushes Brooklyn, so they have no proof that Mr Miller was lying that Malibu did it on purpose. Malibu goes home to California after getting expelled, and Brooklyn doesn't go apologise to Malibu and bring her back to Handler. Neither of them get to perform at the Spotlight Solo.What do you think?
