I feel like Victoria had more character development.

She had, but I like Amelia more. Not because of her looks, they both are pretty. I like her more because she's not selfish like Victoria is.

Tori started off as selfish but she had character development. She became more responsible and considerate. Same as Eden from A Christmas Carol. I prefer characters that develop like that instead of them being the same the whole movie, but I like Amelia.

You're right, even I like characters that have improvement but maybe I'm too much of a Keira fan. I was so mad when Tori almost ruined Keira's career. When someone asks me who my favorite popstar is I always say Keira. I think I need to get some distraction from her and especially her dresses.
